This is a fun class for our P7 to S2 kids. We will look at getting ready for change, worries about judgment, not being practiced, or not believing in ourselves. Managing our energy levels and learning how to say no to others but YES to ourselves when it comes to Peer Pressure.
We will use games, stories and activities to coach around these topics.
